Dr. V. Venugopalan is the distinguished Chairman of the Board of Directors of our company. Holding a PhD and membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he brings extensive experience in both banking and non-banking sectors. Dr. Venugopalan has been a dedicated director of our company since August 2012, providing invaluable leadership and strategic direction.

Mr. V.S. Prasannan is the Managing Director of Manappuram Asset Finance Limited, bringing over 36 years of experience from Central Government Departments in India and Nepal, coupled with 25 years in the financial sector. Starting his career as a civil engineer, he seamlessly transitioned to finance, leveraging his strategic and operational expertise to drive growth and innovation.

In 2015, Mr. Prasannan took the helm as Managing Director, building on his successful tenure at Maben Nidhi Ltd., where he demonstrated his ability to implement forward-thinking financial solutions. His leadership at Manappuram Asset Finance Limited. has been marked by significant achievements, as he continues to focus on innovation, employee development, and customer satisfaction, guiding the company toward sustained success.

Mr. A.K. Mohanan is a valued Non-Executive Director of our company. As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he brings over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate affairs. Since December 2012, Mr. Mohanan has been an integral part of our board, contributing his expertise and insights to our company's growth and success.

Mr. V. S. Vyasababu joined our company in September 2015. As a Chartered Engineer, he brings extensive experience in civil engineering, having worked for a considerable period in the Middle East and with the Government of India. Previously, he served as a Director of Maben Nidhi Ltd., gaining substantial expertise in the financial services industry and Nidhi companies. His diverse background and vast knowledge make him a valuable asset to our team.

Mr. Bhasi. K. V is a distinguished Non-Executive (Independent) Director of our company. As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he brings over 30 years of rich experience in banking, accounting, finance, taxation, treasury, risk management, and compliance. Since July 2022, Mr. Bhasi has been contributing his extensive expertise to our board, playing a crucial role in guiding our company towards sustained growth and excellence.

Mr. Titu Prasannan serves as the Executive Director of our company. A graduate in Economics, he brings extensive expertise in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on Non-Banking Finance and Nidhi companies.
